How could Cindy Anthony defend her dauther and that fact that she cannot tell police the entire truth about Caylee? That doesn't sounds like cooperating fully with authorities as Casey's attorney says she is willing to do. If Cindy and Casey cared about Caylee one bit they will tell the police everything. I don't understand how they can honestly think that by not telling the truth they can find this little girl.

Why are we to accept that Casey Anthony can be of no help to the investigation and location of Caylee unless she is released from jail?? Can't officers take her out to drive around and allow her to help, but then bring her back to 33rd Street? Or is this simply a negotiation tactic that Mr. Baez is using? I can't imagine that their strategy would really be to withhold information regarding Caylee's whereabouts as a bargaining chip for release. But then again...
And the whole "Casey got a phonecall from Caylee" strikes me as more baloney...probably a bill collector calling Casey Anthony's phone and just another lie that she told her mother.
I am trying to fathom a scenario where this objectively makes sense to Casey, Cindy and Mr. Baez; we will see.

Call off the search until Casey starts talking and take that grandmother AND attorney off the platform - the only one the public wants to hear from is the mother of the child. Actually Granny Cindy contradicts herself. The dummy went on record as saying that her daughter CANNOT tell police what she knows. If that is the case it makes no sense to let her out since she would not be able t give police anymore information than if she was in jail. The only thing that makes any sense at all in this, is, A 2 yr. old Baby Girl is missing & NO one will help bring her home. Namely her Mother! Her Grandmother sounds as fishy as the baby's Mother does.( I wouldn't trust her either!) This is so sad. That poor baby is who knows where & The baby's Mother's lawyer wants her out of jail? NO way! not until she says where her baby is. & Then do what you want with her. & The grandmother to. There's not a doubt in my mind that the mother of this child is responsible for whatever has happened to her daughter. I further believe that the grandmother knows more about the whereabouts of her granddaughter than she is letting on. I do not believe that they will find this child alive by now. I'm reminded of the 1980's bestseller *People of the Lie* by the late F Scott Peck, a CT psychiatrist. A great and insightful book about denial, lying, and the evil side of human nature. If ever this book was apropos, it is in today's lying, cheating society.

Ok, let me get this straight now from all the stories...
The mother moved out with her daughter so they could "bond" with each other. Then the mother was supposed to go on a business trip and she was bring her daughter. No, she didnt go on a business trip but she left her with a babysitter and when she came back they were gone. Didnt report it until 5 weeks later. The grandmother says that her daugther knows who has Caylee. But then the laywer says that his client doesnt know who has her daughter. But then grandmother starts talking about Casey trusting her with a babysitter who loved Caylee so much that it turned into a obsession with her. Now this morning, the grandmother says that its now someone who has threatened the family? Come on! What are you saying tomorrow to the press? That some polygmy cult stole Caylee to be married off? The public is not stupid. We care about this little girl but we're tired of hearing so many BS stories. There are so many other children out there that are missing but arent getting any media attention to help find them. If your daughter has information that will lead police to her location then she nees to speak up. It isnt about her anymore. Thats what happens when you become a mother. I'm just so sick of hearing this grandmother. I pray that this little girl is ok.

i totally agree. the way the family is playing with the police and the media with their cryptic garbage and double talk is ridiculous.

The grandmother cannot form a cogent sentence.

They need to call off the search because A) the daughter knows where the kid is B) this whole family is a bunch of liars.

Casey sold her child or did something else awful with her.

Cindy is trying to protect her daughter-- to the detriment of her innocent granddaughter. She is in denial and she is enabling her daughter, something I suspect she has been doing for years and years.

"She can't help unless she's out of jail." Bull sheet. She was out of jail and she didn't help. In fact, she hurt things. I predict the judge will LAUGH at her bid this afternoon.
