If the community will not, or can not, afford to educate the children adequately in the community, then we had better look and see if we should decrease the number of children being born into the community. As a nation, we are having much difficulty affording medical care for families nor has the community done much to see that all children have adequate dental care. Just maybe, "Right to Life" is wrong for out times, and we need to push for more family planning. If you will note a bit of history, women have refused to have children in Ireland, Romania and Russia when comditions became very dire. Maybe, we need to do the same.
