One of my favorite priests once gave a sermon where he said "God gave us free will, we are free to choose, free to act. But we are NOT free to choose the consequences of our actions."
That sums that up IMHO. The kids might have a chance at a better life without her in their world.
Also, to the Turkey based man (and all the other countries he listed), please do not judge all Americans based on the embarrassing few who came onto this blog with their atrocious spelling and embarrassing illiteracy. We are not all like that.
The only thing worse than ebonics, is looking at ebonics in print.*rolleyes*
Some of us can, indeed, construct a sentence and conjugate an adjective.
Karen my friend, you have been in my prayers from the start of this horrific act against your wonderful family and you have had the power of my prayer chain behind you holding you up, even if you did not know it at the time.
Here we are now, with the wisdom of the planet Saturn, the planet of karma waving his 7 year cycle of reconcilliation over your family. Praise God! Bringing the truth to Light in true 7 year cycle fashion.
Now, as you embark upon the final two, I was stunned and moved beyond words at the compassion that you shared with me for the families of the murderers, I do not think I could have that much class if I was in your shoes.
Those low life scum have no idea how lucky they are that YOU are the child of the victims.
And I know, with all my heart, that your Mother and Grandparents would be so proud that you have taken such a high road in soul.
Not 'high' like the trailer trash here knows, but 'high' as in a spiritual level that would make our Lord as proud as your Mom is at this time.

Please let me know the exact dates of the trials as soon as you can. I do realize that the dates and times are always subject to change but I need to request vacation with as much notice as possible. Micki, The jury selection will begin this Tuesday the 14th. The trial may start that day depending on how long the jury takes to be seated.It will continue Wednesday & Thursday usually not on Friday's, however,we have had it continue on a Friday during one of the other trials.I spoke to the detective the other day and things are going as planned as of right now. I will be there Tuesday, as will my friend Judy from church. You met her before.....you remember who I am referring to?

I called her for details on where to park etc., because I did not want to bother you and she said that she wants to attend also.
She has told me repeatedly that she is so impressed by you and your strength, so she said she will meet me there.

Because of my job, I do not know if I can be there every day this coming week, but Tuesday for sure and I am shooting for Tuesday through Thursday.

You and the family are in my heart and prayers always.

I have been following the trials and blogs. I discount the ramblings of the young persons that do not have a command of the english language, how
can they make intelligent decisions of another persons actions. If they have forsight they can still apply themselves and not fall in the same catagory of thieves and murderers.I am happy that so far all have received the time for the crime. I just hope angela gets the life sentence as well
I am sorry that we the public will have to pay for
appeals.Because the group cannot be honest about their actions and deeds..I am sorry that Michigan does not have the death penalty.

YES...JUSTICE for this wonderful Family! Angela was fould guilty on all 5 charges! I sure hope she gets life and no less! The girl would make a great actress in a very low budget film.
My friendship and love will always be there for the family of Sary, Marinus and Anne. I have found them to be a very kind and humble, strong and loving family.

Hello to all I am sorry I am once again tardy with reply. I have been very busy with trial and the wedding. I will blog again soon I really need time to rest and heal from surgery.I have not had any down time.The trial turned out just the way we wanted it to LIFE for Angela as well(What the hell was she thinking).I just want to quickly thank Micki and Dani for all their support you guies are awesome, also all the prayer chains and church supporters out there thank you. Oh boy... Me too..all 5 of these losers really deserved the death penalty. Just look at their past records!(AND THEIR CRIMES AFTER THE FACT)!Why should we have to provide them 3 meals a day, housing and cable TV when so many deserving people go without? I can not think of any other time in my life that I have ever felt so strong about someone being sentenced for a crime. For some reason I have taken this personal in my heart. I don't know why, other than the Poldermans were so cute and I looked forward to stopping by to see them on my way home from work just to buy flowers so I could chat with them. I have never been one to display cut flowers in my home but I did because of them.
This couple definately touched my life.

I have known Angelas family for several years,I Joe...Thats not saying much but I have to say I think that the police are leaving out one person whom I believe in my heart is just as responsible for this crime.......Richard V!!!!!!!!Just because he is already in prison is NO reason to let him slide on this!!!My heart goes out to Angels mom and daughters!!Angela may have made lots of bad choices in her life,and her girls will be the ones that are left to face this ugly world!!!!I just was married to her cousin Harmy.I also knew hope that their grandma can guide the in a better direction for their future!!They are beautiful little girls!!I was pretty pissed when I say that a few people choose to attack these innocent babies!!!Someone said that Angelas youngest daughter was being raised by her soon to be ex husband(making Shannon out to be a good guy)well,let me tell you Shannon is NOT the "GOOD DADDY" he is a meth head and a women beater!!!!My prayers are with all the families involved in this case..I can only hope that the Polderman family will some day be able to find closure and peace in their hearts!!!!I have been looking on line to find out about Angelas trial and or her sentence date,with no luck.So if someone could tell me where to look Id appreciate it greatly.Angela is a young women who has a lifetime to live with what has happened,and believe me once she gets to prison she will be faced with the reality of it EVERYDAY!!!!

Thank you.I have looked on channel 3's web sight but seen anything about it.How long was her trial??I have been out of Kalamazoo since 2003 and dont really keep in touch with anyone there.Its better that way....

I as well as everyone eels in here know all five I think that they should get the death penalty for
what they did I would like to say that I am sorry for what they did and hope that Karen and her
family can finely rest and her dear loved ones can also.
I don’t want to be friends with anyone that can be killers as to I have kids and a family to take
care of I feel as if I have to keep them close to me at all times for you do not know who is out
