Schafer Wanted For Involuntary Manslaughter
A man that was supposed to turn himself didn't show up for court, and now the Portage Police Department is doing everything they can to find him.
A warrant has been issued for 28-year-old Jessi Thomas Schafer. He's wanted in connection to an incident on December 9, 2007 that resulted in the death of 54-year-old Jose Pequeno of Portage.
