Owner of Portage medical marijuana operation raided Wednesday insists, 'I just want to help people'

Ridiculous. KVET must have too much funding on their hands. Maybe they are getting private funding from the local pharmaceutical company, they just added several hundred addicts/customers to their bottom line. Other than attempting to collect forfeitures of these poor guys I can think of no other motive. If you can't see the idiocy in the fact that they left this person selling tobacco and took the harmless marijuana...I pray for your families..

It's sad cops don't have to be able to read and understand the law. They can charge you. Then after your found innocent they just say " well we thought it was illegal". The courts have so far sided with the compassion centers in other cases.
