What is wrong with any institution making a profit to pay wages, maintain or improve facilities, plan for the future, attract talented staff and generally improve our youth or older generations?
Is there some moral or Constitutional requirement that government must have control over all we are taught? That sounds a little "Big Brotherish" doesn't it! Besides I like the idea of an education system I don't need to support with higher taxes! Do you have too much disposable income, most of us don't suffer from that difficulty, ours runs the other way.
It's not like we don't have other educational institutions available that are sponsored by our State Government which offer similar educational opportunities. Being a Land of the Free does not make things free since people still work to provide goods and service and they are not slaves for the rest of us to use as we see fit but free to negotiate payment for their goods and services as they desire and we are willing to pay.
