What Judge lamb actually said is that he could not except the expert Oppinion of Dr. Okoye because the stipulation did not allow for another oppinion...Of course the stipulation was drawn up by Mr. Elliot the county prosicuter. The stipulation stated the case was to be turned over to the Attorney General's office if the autopsy report showed poisoning so Berrien County disregarded the toxocology test and did not include them in the autopsy report. Mayo clinic one of several Labs who performed test found high level of three toxic poisoning. The County can not deny this. However they have truth in front of them but they don't know how to relate to truth because they are used to doing as they please. Telling the truth is not what they are acustom to doing. they keep denying this because they are so deep into the denial which started 25 years ago when Paul Maloney was the prosicuter and is not the Chief Judge of Berrien County . He thinks he has enough potical pull to cover this crime to protect his reputation because he has just been nominated to a federal Judgeship by Pres. Bush. He needs to understand that when you tell the truth you have nothing to hide but when you lie you can be sure the truth will expose it. WWW.BRENCEJACKSON.COM

I hope the officials of Berrien County are fully exposed and brought to justice for putting the Jackson family through a 25 year fight for the truth with no closure on their father's death. I also hope that the person who has done this to him is brought to justice also.

Brence Jackson was murdered by arsenic poisoning and Berrien County Officials have covered this crime for political reasons. Paul Maloney was prosicuter at the time the death was reported. He is now chief Judge of Berrien County and recently nominated by Pres. Bush to a federal Judgeship for Western Michigan. More poisonings may have occured by the same person's who poisoned Brence Jackson prior to his murder and now because the county decided not to investigate this crime. I fear more poisons have occured. For more information go to WWW.ARROWOFTHELORD.COM

The attorney Generals office namely Donna Pendergast refused to contact the expert witness Dr. Okoye. to even hear what he had to say. She also told me that I may be right about my fathers murder but that I would get no help from the attorney generals office in proving it. Information on dr. Okoya is listed below. Please feel free to contact the Michian attorney generals office and ask them why they have closed there eyes to this crime.

I miss my Uncle. Why is the evidence being ignored?
There is no statue of limitation on murder, at the
least, this should be an open murder case.

It's now 2011.

Can't you appeal in a Federal Court?

Escalate this to generate national exposure..
