The USA Presidents and USA Congressional Majorities ALLOWED the Illegal Aliens to enter the USA On Purpose by their FAILURE/FLAT REFUSAL to secure our Borders/Coastlines, ensure Expired Visas Holders exit the USA.

The Presidents and Congressional Majorities are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for each and every Illegal Alien being in the USA---No Illegal Aliens would commit a crime in the USA----IF THEY WERE NOT IN THE USA TO COMMIT IT.
