Who the heck is going to buy this company? They suckered TA Associates into investing $300+ million less than a year ago--and TA has written off the investment to $0 already. I doubt a public company like Sears or GAP could be fooled, especially when they have nothing to offer--the management is horrible (Eric Hughes, Cliffie Shore, Scott Hoffman, Howie Schacter, the "senior execs") to non-existent (all the poor little lost Ivy Leaguers, who didn't know a T-shirt from a 2X4); they lost/don't own any licenses; and they don't own any property. Oh, and they owe everyone and their mother, millions of dollars. So, not a real solid investment. But don't take it from me: I didn't go to Cornell or get 14,000 on my SATs.
