That is the best sushi I have ever eaten,
inventive rolls and there is no corkage fee. Wow! I'm going back next week Cheers |

Now here is a fresh thought from January, 2008, an honest=to-goodness fan of Sea Cliff Sushi. After all the backbiting and brick-a-brac, comes a refreshing opinion that SCS was a good thing for our hometown. Bring it back, Rob Ehrlich, with a new administration, you will be more welcome than before. |
you want this to start again?
I will stir so much shit up here you will abandon this thread as it becomes a chaotic wreckage zone of insults, truth and reality. The M.F. is not wanted here, he is unpopular, he is a bully and you are a shill for him. it will never succeed here, regardless of his money and influence - he crossed the wrong people, pissed off the wrong officials, alienated the locals in is immediate vicinity and no cheerleaders like yourself will ever change that. |
Ready whenever you are, Doc. I can take any bullshit you dare to hand out. R.E. is not an unpopular bully (in fact, he is well-liked in his circle of friends, like anybody else). And I am not a shill for him, just a guardian of his civil rights. So back off, buddy boy, and return to the cave where you belong!

This should be titled Sushi II. It's for persons with a fresh viewpoint, just as Robert Ehrlich's delectable delights were fresh and refreshing. Move over, News Hound, your standard-bearing days are limited. There is a new kid in town and he does not take crapola from anyone.

I loved Sea Cliff Coffee and Sushi. It was the only place in Sea Cliff (besides Tupelo Honey that has now closed down I guess) where there was atmosphere, an incredibly FRIENDLY STAFF unlike all of the nasty servers at Gallagher's.
The food was JUST INCREDIBLE and there was never any drama there, just lovely evenings and I miss it terribly. |
Dear Rez: I like your style and your views. People who appreciate good food and service miss both the Sushi spot and Tupelo. For all detractors, there's always McDonald's!
WOW! everyone with baldwin ISP's share similiar views. thats amazing. you guys are so cute
Cliffy: Don't let the ISP's fool you. Sea Cliff Rez slipped in there somehow. He's not part of the Inner Circle, but he will initiated soon. That leaves you still on the outside looking in. If you were a bit more cordial, people would like you more.

sea cliff sushi was closed by the village
for personal reasons. I hope it reopens someday soon |
Thank you, John, it was nice hearing from you again. There are a lot of know-nothing detractors, but Rob Ehrlich had a load of followers, like yourself and myself, who would like to see him open up again. People think Tupelo Honey would be his best bet, but the owner of the building will first have to work out his tax problems with the government. Karma says everything will work out for the sushi lovers of Sea Cliff and a wide circle of environs.

New Kid on the Block? Geez, newshound. How boring must your life be to keep stirring the pot with false debates among yourself.
Rob Erlick is a rich guy who made a fool of the Village and in fact is in the process of making a fool of the new mayor. |
Dear Wanker: You misjudge our new mayor, Bruce Kennedy. He's a businessman himself, so I figure he is going to give Rob Ehrlich the civil rights that he deserves and that the previous village administration fell woefully short of. The whole crapola was started when a former trustee objected to a coffeehouse opening in a registered business district because it was directly across the street from his house. The rest is hysteria!

ok newshound

Cliffy: You seem to have something against the new messenger, following News Hound's retirement.
You make it very difficult to keep my comments mellow. You seem to prefer Clockwork Orange than yellow. |

ok newshound

Cliffy: You're so like a broken record! You prose is morose ...
ok polly graf. please no one forget how the moron above pretended to be a woman and wanted to meet up with men from here at kc gallaghers.
Cliffy: Polly Graf has left town on a yacht with a guy she met in Gallagher's. Would I lie?
