Please include gardening and knowledge/care of our NW environment in the curriculum. Being outdoors not only improves health, but imparts a sensorial experience of our natural surroundings and combats the effects of technology over-use. Gardening also encourages healthy eating habits, which have an effect of brain function and mental stability.
