Name-use schemes linked with Bradford PA past District-Nine basketball champs and local UPB campus there have been prevalent in states that support palm-tree growth; such states also have significant missing-children incidents (e.g., CA). The influence-networking operation uses the telephone to 'recruit' and/or command the attention of all ages with intent to initiate business-schemes; the call-demand network also is known to influence birth-certificate names inscribed after hospital childbirth. Legal representation that DOES NOT include such team-linked names might be the best alternative when consulting Legal Aid organizations.

When I was just a kid back in the early 1960s I was abducted and sexually assaulted by a man who was the principal of a school. This happened in Stuart and south Florida. I will leave out the lurid details. When I saw my chance I escaped by running like hell away. The first place I came to was a restaurant. I went in and told people what had happened. They called the police.
This person, being who he was in the community, and finding himself in such a quandary of his own making, went on the defensive and offensive to save his own skin. After all, it was his word against mine and he knew it. Of course, he lied through his teeth, denied everything, and made up a pack of lies which, under the circumstances, was understandable. After all, self preservation seems to be the highest priority in nature, and who is going to place a noose around his own neck when he thinks he can avoid it by denying and lying. That was the way he chose to deal with his problem, lying and denying.
However, in mounting his defense he had to insist I was lying, which I MOST DEFINITELY WAS NOT DOING IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. In fact, I had not done anything illegal, offensive, or wrong in any way whatsoever. Of course, he also had to play the role of innocent pillar of the community wrongly and maliciously accused by some bad kid. He told me he had influential friends, and if I attempted pursuing charges against him, my life would be made very difficult. This bastard actually managed to get me locked up. I had NOT done anything illegal or wrong in any way, yet, there I was locked away in a cage, and there he was free and running a school in the community, and I assure you this person did commit physical and tangible actions against me that the law defines now and defined then as sexual assault. Now that I am older and more knowledgeable, I look back at these events, and I realize this person might have been stalking me for some time before he made his move.
So, there is one example of Florida miscarriage of justice in all its disgraceful malfeasance.
This happened. There is a lot more to it, yes, but it all happened.

It makes me wonder sometimes about some of the children who disappeared before the early sixties, and over the decades since then. After all, this person was willing to have me arrested and locked up to discredit me as a witness, and how far removed is that underhanded tactic from permenently silencing a witness if it could be done witout detection? After all, silencing witnesses happens all the time. It's one of the oldest tactics in the book for criminals who want to avoid the consequences of their illegal bahaviors. Police were complicit in this.

Silencing a witness is exactly what that bastard, Chester Duane Price, did when he assaulted and murdered 10-year-old Andrea Gail Parsons. They finally caught up with that scumbag. What would be the more fitting punishment, letting him rot on death row for 20 years before injecting poison into his veins, or giving him life in the general prison population where inmates will make his life a living hell? Police screwed up with the premature arrest of Claude Davis. Now they cannot prosecute him even if he had killed her and buried her. One stone-cold murderer goes free for 20 years, and another for life while your children are being felonized for drug infractions which are in fact health related issues. Crazy. Pure crazy. Chester Price, you go to hell you no-good bastard.

It is far more than a question of who the principal was. Active paedophiles lived in Stuart. Thye brazenly abducted children for sexual perversions. Parents and children went to polce and other authorities with evidence. The authorities flatly refused to cooperate or arrest anyone. The government of old Stuart was rotten from the top down and the bottom up. That principal I mentioned told me some of his experiences with other kids. Who were they? I told all this to the police, but the principal insisted he had never said anything like that at all. He insisted I was making it up. He denied everything. He had a book of pornography.
He kept reading out loud from it, and he tried to get me to read it to him. I refused. The police found it in his car. He said I already had it with me when I got I got in the car,WHICH I DID NOT. This bastard had a sociopathic answer for everything.

Do not let these illegitimate southern town governments pull the wool down over your eyes. Paedophiles lived and operated with protection from the police and the government in old Stuart, and in other cities. This we know. Victims and their families reported these bastards repeatedly to the so-clled authorities, but only to be refused justice time and time again. Not even a token arrest. Don't be fooled by governments that violate civil and constitutional rights with impunity.
