Has anyone heard what is happening in the Torino area. I heard that there are so many rentals and because of that, the renters have no respect for the area. I heard that there are "issues" and that Torino is just not a nice safe place to live anymore.

Has anyone heard anything?

I have not heard of any bad issues, like break ins or vandalism. I think it is still an okay place to live, but you have to wonder why the house are so devalued.

Everything is devalued buttface. Torino is okay, but yeah, the houses are real cheap. I have a friend who lives there. The only problemn he has is that he gets a lot of snakes in the back yard.

Maybe they are cheaper because they are close to I95. Just a guess.

At least this is a normal question about PSL and hardly anyone answers it. I guess we need to add stupidity in here to get answers.

I for one think Torino is fine. Of course, most people have to sell their house to be able to buy anything, and therefore, most people are stuck and cannot buy.

There isn;'t much around there and the schools are not the greatest. Overall though, it's an okay place to live.

Just my opinion.

I have a friend who lives there and he likes it. I've been there a few times and it seems nice. Nice homes and property. A little too close to I95, but it's not like you see it or can hear it.

Torino is loaded with child prostitutes and pediphiles. That is the only reason these bastards go up there.

The schools suck. The police suck. The people for the most part are okay, but, I don't know what you are lookng for. How do you define a good area? I don't know your background, so it is subjective. Persoanlly, i've noticed if you are a jew, you will be looked down upon in psl. I noticed that the illegals are coming in, so there goes the crime rate. florida sucks, psl sucks, I have small testticls, and that upsets me.

I live in Torino and love everything about it. I bought a house here a couple years back; great area, lovely neighbors. This place is a dream after having lived in Spanish Lakes where I have never seen a more miserable specimen of humanity in my life. Couldn't walk out your door without some psycho complaining about something.

The only bad experience I had in the Torino area was many, many years ago when I previously owned a home out here was when some nut job from Code Enforcement came down my street and started writing citations. She told me that she had to cite everyone for something, that she couldn't cite just one residence, that that would be discrimination. She cited me for "mildew on the front of my house." It wasn't mildew at all; it was where heavy rains had washed some dirt up on the edge of my house just a couple inches above the ground. She was a real nut case; I doubt if she is still employed by the city of PSL.
