Indian Pass Raw Bar is the greatest. Raw or baked they have the best, plus a great assortment of hot sauses, but Crystal is the one and only for the local Apalch folks. It helps to be a Gator fan, the floor is orange and blue tiles. The food is exceptional, simple and the waitresses are really friendly. My brother Charlie is a park ranger at the NERR nearby and he just turned me on to this place before Christmas when I was down for a visit.

Just go over the bridge to Apalachicola. There are several good places on Water Street

If you are looking for a seafood buffet, you will have to drive over to Panama City beach

Do not go to the Mexican restaurant there on St George Island, it sucks

Get you a little Weber grill and buy you some fresh shrimp from one of the little shrimp stands.
Sprinkle a little Zatarains Creole seasoning on them and melt you a cup of butter with a half lemon squeezed in it.
Throw them on the grill and baste them with the butter/lemon until they turn pink

Want take long, keep your fire low
Do you some fresh fish to go with it, do it the same way but leave out the Zatarains
