Thank You both Tampa Trubune and St Pete Times for the articles you published on the WW2 Vet, John T. Gause. Of Course, if alive my father would not have spoken of the time he spent as a POW. He would have gracefully refused. But me, I am deeply honored and very proud of the fact that your reporters took the time and courtesy to do this human interest story. Many people today have not respect for the men and women in service past, present and future. Non realizing that America is what it is today because of those who served and sacraficed their lives.
