Well there's $12,000.00 down the drain. What a waste. This is the kind of eco-freako garbage we can all live without. Wasting tax-payer's money on this kind of silliness is just plain wrong.

So you’re saying this won't cost any tax-payer's money on down the road? Sorry I do not believe that in the least. These kinds of things always cost the public to maintain afterwards, and always costs more than the "benefits" they are suppose to provide. Right?

December 2009: Thousands of tax dollars WILL be spent to reduce the size of this "bio-swale" because it has turned out to be a problem for RV traffic. SOOOOO... I guess EJP had it wrong after all. LOL
