No release for man charged in Ophir burglary
GOLD BEACH One of two men charged following an early morning burglary last Thursday in which the property owner fired shots at two stolen cars attempting to run him down and wound up with eight officers and a K9 dog investigating, made his first appearance with his attorney in Curry County Circuit Court on Tuesday.
