Do more with less would be good, stop all the wasteful spending. Voluntary pay cuts would be even better. Especially at the top pay grades. The D.A.'s office could actually do their jobs of prosecuting criminals, instead of plea bargaining their cases for a better conviction rate. They even plea bargain open and shut cases. It is just wrong. Charge the criminals for their stay in jail and the actual cost of their trails so the tax payers don’t have to pay for it would be good too.
