Here we go again. I say let this county government go bankrupt. Then we can start over with a new county government, minus the bloated budget. Less is better. The free money is gone, so should the over paid county employees be gone.

Hey "blue Ribbon" committee make sure the only people in your "new" tax district are the people of Harbor. If Harbor doesn't want to annex to Brookings then they need their own tax district seperate from, and in addition to the county. It is such a simple fix.
