Garrett-Sotolongo Musselwhite & Mencis entered a plea of not guilty in an Orlando courtroom today. Garrett appeared in court with her newborn baby, explaining that she did not have the money to hire a lawyer. The lawyer appointed to her, from Miami failed to appear. The same lawyer that defended Joseph Wagner. Garrett Mencis & Musslewhite claim to be victims of Sotolongo's $50M real estate fraud in Volusia/Hillsboro/Seminole/Ora nge counties. After their arraignment Sotolongo & Garrett returned to their upscale oceanfront property in Wilber by the Sea, where they will wait for the case to be heard again on May 21,2013. The Trial is scheduled to begin in June.

James Helfin Brown has co-opperated in the Federal Ivestigation by naming Ramara Garrett as co-owner of Flordian View Magazine. Floridian View advertises for Waverly Real Estate- The Second Street Market and the pier. Garrett was used in name by Omi Vangard a company controlled by Josh Wagner. Garrett has several mis dealings with Wagner involving the Daytona Beach Pier according to paperwork seized in the raid of a Port Orange storage space. The magazine was setup to advertise the three properities manaaged by none other than Manny Bornia. The F.B.I. has yet to prove who owns the Second Street Market Property, [the land was taken off the tax rolls] however the paperwork shows the property as a lease by M.G. Management Company. Properties on the west side of Volusia County are not involved as part of the investigation. Legitimate ownership of more than 11000 acres of the county belongs to Consolidated Tomoka.

Answers to many question should come out in the trial set for June. At this point M.G. Management is not connected to the F.B.I. file. By all means it should be. It's one of the major causes of corruption, the financial backing of the politicians. M.G. Management is Marina Grande = George Anderson. The idea is to find the truth!

According to lawyers defending Garrett- Sotolongo Musclwhite- & Mencis, the trial has been delayed until later on in the year. According to The Daytona Beach News Journal there is so much documentation involved it will not allow the lawyers to prepare on time for the original date set in June. There also has to be a discision on the documents that will be supressed.

Floridian Veiw Magazine went out of business.[=the F.B.I. found something they were looking for! The prediction is Garrett will be arrested before the court date! The signiture bonds were only given to find out what they will try next.

Garrett was scheduled to appear in court in Orlando this month =no news yet. The F.B.I. might have a strong hold on the media. Yes they can do that. Finding a jury shouldn't be difficult if the media backs off. Of course Garrett can have a corrupt judge, that's a problem. The Feds don't know where the $50m is. Or they do and we don't, it's up in the air. The guess would be that they can't find it and won't because it's been laundered several times over. They have to go after the money laundering operation. That will lead them to Wagner & Bornia. They laundered the bribe money, the feds need a weak spot, for a plea bargin. That might be Mancis.

I used to work for Sotolongo; he was a crook in SW Florida back in 98. I remember one night some people drove by his 'Toy Car' lot while their Lamborghini was on a tow truck. They came in screaming, wondering why. At the same time, the people who rented it were screaming about how it broke down, after paying 1000/day in advance. He was renting privately owned, high-end cars that were supposed to be on consignment for 'sale' only. There is a ton of dirt on him.

Have you spoken with F.B.I or have you been sought out by them?

Keep in mind that even though it's become common practice for cases like this to bust wide open, with news articles= even cameras in the court room. Nobody wants that to happen. it would make jury selection all the more difficult. For anyone that is familiar with Josh Wagner is dirty hands are all over this. It's going to take time. Then it will create a domino effect. Wagner [county councilman & lawyer] will try to plea bargain. Giving up anyone involved in the Daytona Beach Pier. & more... Over exposure in the case is a violation of constitutional rights.

A man named Sidney Coton was involved in bus bench advertising. He pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit fraud. He is cooperating with federal authorities. The guilty plea will force Conton to turn over any evidence that he has. It will not necessarily mean a plea bargain in lieu of information. A warrant was issued for a complete search. Any documentation or subset of numbers can be linked to Josh Wagner, who at this point appeared defensive in the idea of being allowed to conduct his own investigation. Internal private investigation into criminal activity by government officials in the state of Florida is an unwritten law that doesn't hold up against the federal government. It's a matter of documented proof= not letting anyone plea bargain, and one mistake that causes a domino effect.

The prediction is that Coton's guilt will force the outside investigation, that Wagner doesn't want over the request for proposal [RFP] issue. An outside investigation according to the county attorney is a violation of Sunshine Law. An illegal document that dictates the actions of local government adjusted by officials according to the problems of day to day operation. Corruption

Coton plead guilty in the mortgage fraud case. He wasn't a part of the bus bench scandal. Coton and several others are in fear for their safety, but are cooperating. So far.

The primary lawyer for the fraud ring is Richard Klugh and he is famous for delays. Jimmy is already bragging about that.

Jim Sotolongo Ramara Garrett Chis Mencis Stephanie Musselwhite Sidney Coton & James Heflin Brown have been arrested under protection of the federal government. The Waverly investigation includes conspiracy/fraud: Mortgage fraud=bus bench advertising for the purpose of illegal campaign contributions. By federal orders facts will not be released to the media for public attention. Stories interviews- and quotes written by the Media are a matter of speculation.

The key is to get the prosecutor to start fighting these pointless delays. It's the same argument every time. They gave us fifty thousand documents, and we can't get through them.

The newly appointed special investigator Jon Kaney is going to get to the bottom of the campaign scandal.

I wish we had someone like him handling the federal case against the Sotolongo mortgage fraud ring.

Beyond the point of just being a suspect State Attorney R.J. Larizza refuses to cooperate. Expect the delay's to be blamed on the prosecuting attorney or the defense that's overwhelmed by the paperwork that hasn't been shredded. Federal authorities have restricted governments from having written requests for proposal. Everything is a transaction thru computers linked to the federal office [The Raymond James Building] Which means they have an informant.
