we do!!!
do I feel sorry for him or his family? NO!
Why assume every bike wreck that the rider has no insurance.

Everyone is so brainwashed by the media with an agenda that you're not capable of original thought.

After reading this article do you really believe a helmet would have made a difference?

Do some research. Educate yourself/selves.

Last year less than 800 of motorcycle fatalities were due do head injury. Compare that to the 103,000 folks that died due to infections they got in hospitals.

You would save a lot more lives telling doctors to wash their hands than telling folks to wear helmets.

There are several other "public burden" issues like diabetes, smoking, obesity, on and on.

Are motorcycles just an easy target?

Lastly, I feel sorry for you and your lack of compassion for this man's family. I don't believe they caused this wreck.

So was he on a Harley? Those American-made bikes will fall apart on you and kill you!

Actually, it sounds like a typical case where the guy didn't know how to ride a bike and didn't know what countersteering is. Oh well, too late to take an MSF course now...

The "did he have a helmet?" question is an easy touchstone to see if you're dealing with an idiot or not. Kind of like "do you believe in evolution?"

If his life isn't valuable enough to himself to take basic safety precautions, then I don't care if he's dead either.

Personally, a helmet has saved at least my face (if not my life as well) several times.

NEWS FLASH !!!! HELMETS ARE NOT REQUIRED BY LAW. GET OVER IT !!!! Amazing that you can perform an autopsy from your computer. My GUESS he died from Blunt Force Trauma, Flailed Chest, punctured Lungs. he probably broke his neck flipping. Would a HELMET saved his life?

Brian was my uncle and they found he WAS wearing a helmet. He was finaly turning his life around, he had a steady job, a wonderful wife, and a cute 5 year old son. It has hit my family hard. The two things I miss the most are his hugs and his humor. He could light up a room way before he got there and long after he left. Im only 13 and I know it has been longer then a month but I still cry EVERY night because of it. And I look for websites that talk bad about him so that I can comment and make it hurt less to see the bad stuff.
