I am glad to see that this man stood up and proved a point and won his case. It is never right for anyone to accuse another person of something so bad and for it to be a lie. I just think what that man and his family had to have went through. I mean that is awful I am just glad that he proved his point and won his case. Maybe it will send a message to others not to lie and try to destroy someone that way.

Glad the tide was turned on another "cry wolf" female. Our laws suck when it comes to the police making an arrest based on the alleged victim's single-sided story. Too bad he won only $12,500; should have been a million dollars. That would have sent a really strong message to the chicken littles out there who use the law to seek revenge.

Amazing only 8 comments when a teacher is in the right and wins but hundred when the public thinks they are in the wrong without a clue about what is the truth!

Go Teacher!! It's about time.

Where's the criminal prosecution for lying? Last time I checked, filing a false police report is a crime.

I watched this case on TV. This girl did the wrong thing and the mother was worse. The child had a history of hysteria, and before ruining the man's life, she should have investigated herself. Justice has been served.
