Review: Hibiscus Auto Parts

We have had a lot of work done on our cars over the years at Hibiscus Auto Parts. Overall, the results have been disastrous. Why did we keep coming back? The proprietor, Tony, has such a cheerful and sincere personality that we accepted poor and often failed workmanship just because we liked the guy.
Stupid? Maybe. But that IS why they are called confidence men.
Anybody else have anything to say along these lines?

The only thing I have to say is that I would never continue to pay someone for poor performance. If they can't do the work, they need to find another line of work that they are capable of doing.
There are lots of "cheerful" people in the world, but hiring one to work on your vehicle is not a good idea when they don't do the repairs properly. Lives could be in danger.
