Honestly, this story hits me hard because I lived in this house before it was purchased by this person. It really sickens me to see it now. It was an old house, but not in that bad of shape. It did need some work in the bathroom and electrical work, but it was a mansion compared to how it looks now.
I offered to rent-to-own from the ownders but they wanted the money up front and, being a single mom, I didn't have it.
That cute little cottage had a lot of potential, now all that can help is a bulldozer. The trees are gone, the walls are stripped, there is nothing left.
