Coast Guard Intercepts Kodiak Vessel Fishing Illegally - KTVA

A Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules crew sighted a Kodiak-based fishing vessel illegally fishing approximately 24 miles south of King Cove Monday morning in the Clubbing Rocks No Transit Zone engaged in halibut fishing.

The harbor in Kodiak is full of sea lions that sleep on the breakwater floats. Shouldn't the Feds make it illegal to use the harbor? You know, the noise of the fishing boats' engines might wake 'em up, or give them heartburn, or something...
