No, we have a Town attorney.

Yes, he is entitled to a second opinion.

Absolutely not....he is responsible for his own actions and as the head of the Town, he needed to remain neutral. If he did that, there would be no need to even discuss this issue.

What in heavens name is happening to our communities. Remsen has a similar problem when one who was DUTY AND MORALLY BOUND to handle the finances of others who entrust them with these funds to handle them properly and legally DID WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO........
Everywhere one looks today, this seems to be the rule and not the exception.
Forestport should follow Remsen's lead and put this situation in the hands of the legal authorities.
We all deserve better!
Sad, sad thing.

Is this true? Did the tax payers in fact pay his legal bills? Is he that far gone mentally? I know physically he is completely shot!

Considering Bill isn't physically capable, maybe his deputy John can shove that bill right up his ass! What a low life to even think the tax payers would pay his legal expenses!

Check out the new writings "Aftershock Survival Summary" and also "America's Bubble Economy"
You will read in these documetaries, the Federal Reserve, without going through the proper order of things, printed and has distributed PAPER MONEY with no funds in the Federal Reserve to back them.......... no $$$$$ in THE US MINT????
Companies mentioned are Paulson and Co., JP Morgan Chase and other BIG BOYS.
Remember, those names AfterShock, and also the one titled "America's Bubble Economy"
We should be borrowing money from ISRAEL, not the other way around.
PLEASE keep in mind that this was done by the Federal Reserve, at a time when they knew there was no paper to back this..........
