There literally is no restaurant or seafood store in Texas or Louisiana from whom you can take the word regarding the origin of the products you are purchasing/consuming.

This article proves it. But many "local" restaurants and seafood markets ship in their "local" fish from Asia and other sources.

Enjoy your expensive "local" seafood that the restaurant or market payed pennies for.
