Body Found; Father Charged with Murder

ashley is a very sweet girl and she should to time for not saying anything sooner. But I'm sure she was scared and didnt know what to do. As a mother i just can never really understand why someone could ever ever do that to a baby!

Ashley had the choice to call 911, she did not. Therefore she is just as guilty as the boyfriend. Everyone has a choice, she made the wrong one, therefore she is guilty and should have to pay.

I think she was scared of what would the police do to her ? and she did not want any one to take her children . Know one but her and that ass hole boyfriend of hers really could tell you why she did not call 911 .It was wrong in over 100 ways pleasr pray for that family

ashley is a great person and i cannot understand how all this happened. it was to my understanding that she knew nothing about all of this. i have talked to her since she has been arrested. she does not deserve to be treated the same as john. he is a monster and was abusive to her and her children. that poor girl was pretty much held captive by him, she was not in control of any of this.

POW'S are held captive, she wasn't. you didn't know her to well. she was left alone plenty of times. had a job all by her self, went places all by herself. gave birth couldnt she tell hospital staff. oh because she was afraid. yea i'm not buying that.take it from a former person that has "really" been abused. she was where she was by her own choice people treat us how we allow them to treat us she could have left at any time. the trips to michigan. indiana has plenty of places to go for help she could have left when her boyfriend went to work 3rd shift! the kids were obviously with her why not take off to anywhere?she is where she is because she commited a crime one that alot of folks are not wanting to hold her accountable for. her actions caused her to be where she is, not her boyfriends not the neighbors and not anyone but her. his actions caused him to be where he is. they had free choice and they chose the wrong thing to do the two of them.

She could have left anytime she wanted to too, right? I mean don't all 11 year olds think for themselves and tell the men who have sex with them what they will do and when they will leave ? SICK! John had a pattern. He just was smart enough to get one of legal age that he could control so she couldn't put him in prison like the other kid did. or so he thought. he's a rotten bastard and will get what he has coming to him. id like to feel sorry but i cant because of the way they all defend him. let god sort it out.

Ashley was performing cpr on her son,so I heard reading papers ,And John was asked to call 911 several times by her ,so why didnt he?Sounds like someone had something to hide himself.Why is it that its the mothers responiblity only and not the fathers also,so I would say that killed his son twice by not calling.

Or...If the Indiana judge would have gave him more than 1 1/2 years in prison for molesting a 11-12 year old for 3 years that he took across state lines, he may have never met Ashley. The sentencing judge in his sexual misconduct with a minor, should be just as culpable for John even having been on the streets imo.

YEP!

That is exactly what I was talking about. He took a minor child (11-12 he was almost 30) across state lines. Screwed her for 3 years before being charged. He did only 1 1/2 years in prison. He learned if he was going to get someone to control and manipulate, she should be young, impressionable and LEGAL. He found Ashley.

He should STILL be in prison for his first "girlfriend" and he never would have met Ashley.

He is a sick mutha and I hope Michigan justice is more severe than Indiana's was on his azx

Allen County Jail Justice? Is that the same justice that sentences a baby raper to only 1 1/2 years in prison and lets him, JOHN WILLIAM GONZALES, out in only 10 months? That kind of Allen County Justice? That's pretty laughable.
