I live in MA anddon't know any of these kids but my heart goes out to all. I do insurance claims for a living and see accidents like this a ll day long. Parents and teens need to be more responsible when behind the wheel. Everyone is in a crazy rush to go no where. I see accidents all day long involving: speeding, tail gating, passing on dangerous roads, texting, watching the GPS instead of the road, racing, driving recklessley etc. Cars are not toys and both adults and teens have to be more aware of what is going on on the road what they are doing. Stop calling your kids when they are driving. If they shouldn't be doing something you have to say no. Almost every accident is avoidable if we only stop and think...

They should have impounded his car when they caught him driving on a suspended license.
i agree 100%!
i would go one step further, don`t impound the vehicle, seize it!!!
if yo have to pay for a car that you no longer have then maybe you might learn something. i am not proud to say this but i have never had to deal with paying my bills my wife handles it, if someone makes the mistake of hurting my wife because they dont have the common sense to drink at home i swear by sonny jesus i will start up my 35ft motorhome and drive it right through the police car that is taking him in.! you can call it a terrorist threat you can call the fbi, cia, state dept, dept of homeland security or anyone else who really cares. but since i wouldnt know how to deal with the loss of my wife then at that point i have nothing left to lose. our society is to blame for the bozos that we have walking and breathing our air. if major co`s can outsource jobs to all these third world countries then how come our states, and country cant outsource prisons? maybe if people were held accountable for there actions the world would be a better place.
