5th Amendment question?

Katie's financial records were kept with an accountant who prepared her tax returns. According to a IRS investigation, a summons was issued to the account demanding access to the records, which had been delivered to Kate's attorney by the accountant.
Does the 5th Amendment privilege against compulsory self-incrimination prevent the production of these business & tax records.
Why or why not ?
