The mobile home park at Red pump and Freemont roads TIMBER GROVE is at the lowest point it as ever been in many, many years. Formerly, Montgomery Brothers property for many years.
I know, I live there. It is nothing like it used to be, when Montgomery Brothers owned and operated the property. Management when Montgomery Brothers Owned and operated was top notch. Every one involved with the company, treated there tenants with respect, dignity were caring, honest, as well as being a friend as the community is small and WAS a close knit community.
Then, four years ago, the property was sold and new owners took over.
At first when they met all the tenants, they could have easily won an oscar for a stellar performance. It was just that too. All an act. They do not care about anyone other than themselves.
They are self serving, cheats and liars.
they are VERY unprofessional, as they tell the tenant's personal business to other tenant's, gossip and create drama between tenant's to what used to be a friendly community is now so divided and a bitter place to live.*** That is NO way to run a business ***. I can't wait to get out! So, Just a head's up, if you have ever though about buying anything or renting property from them, I strongly urge you not to do so. They kiss up to your face and in the next breath stab you in the back.
There are plenty of nice, country setting, mobile home parks where you would be much more happy and comfortable in the surronding area.

Also, I have to add, there is a lot of illegal drug activity in the neighborhood. Is that somewhere that you really want to live??? Do you have children?
Trust me on this, you don't want to live there.
Unless, of course they sell out and good people take ownership.

Are you calling the police about the illegal activity?
