i was good friends with craig. i was with craig the night it happend, we had just got back from the store. craig was sticking up for a girl that he was close to when this guy we call " chicken" stabbed him. it was only on stab. it took about 45 minutes for the ambulance to come. probably the fastest 45 minutes of my life=( RIP craig gilley

I also know someone whe was friends with him. I dont understand why it took so long for the paramedics to get there. Dont they have a location on Tome Hwy ? Again my heart goes out to all.

this lil bastard craig thought he was a ''COKE DEALER'' more like a coke dealers bitch!!! he was a kid didnt deserve to die but iflat out he should of known ''chicken'' did stabbings all his life this is not new to him back in the 90 in the old projects i seen chicken do a few stabbings guess they call him chicken cuz he use;s weapons!!!!

I don't know any of you, but I do know Craig as he is my grandson and his father was my son. This entire incident is breaking our hearts. Craig was a wonderful overrgrown teddybear that was struggling without his father. And you describe yourself as cecil thugs jokes. You better watch out. This is no joke and this is the real life so you better step up before your find yourself in same situation. And Craig was not a bastard-his father was my son. Its crazy to see how disrespectful and compleltly iggnorant people can be...Craig was a wonderful person and anyone that was to blind to see that missed out..No matter how much i hated someone or didnt like them i do not believe anyone deserves to have their life taken from them especially not a 17 year old boy with a bright future ..people constantly fight and hate people over things that are a waste of time...That guy "chicken" or whatever is nothing more than a waste of oxygen..i dont no why he still has that right because Craig doesnt. The law is ridiculous a 17 year old boy is gone for trying to do something good and a forty year old man who was fighting with some chick mid as well just get off scott free cause hes not getting what he is deserved...reguardless no amount of jail time will bring Craig back...i feel for his family because none of them deserve this and neither did craig...anyone who has something iggnorant to say about craig all they should think is what if that was your brother or your son or your cousin or your friend...because everyone is somebodies brother son cousin or friend Rest in Peace Craig Vaughn Gilley you will never be forgotten

i lived there back in 91 and that chiken was there than . why do these people that's no good allowed to hang out in low in come apts.they need to close down the low in come and sell these apts.that would clean up the place.sorry for the family's loss ,i didn't know the young man.but like i said young man ,he had his hole life ahead of him.i don't know if this is the way guy chiken,but he needs to be put away.

i have known chicken for years. this is the kind of stuff he has always been known for. he had only been out of prison for a few months when this tragedy occurred. its truly sad what happened to craig. the saddest part of it all is that chicken being who he is most likely felt no remorse at all and to make it worse he got off when it went to trial. my heart truly goes out to the family

Craig and me knew each other since we were baby's. I miss him as a brother. To tell you the truth he is my brother. we were locked up together, then i got out and he died 2 days before my birthday. RIP Brother
