I for 1 do not travel south of the toll due to the cost. Why not have a way of letting us Cecil County residents cross for free to shop in our own state instead of forcing us to travel to Delawre which we also save on sales tax.

Great point. Since we moved here a year ago, we do to Delaware to shop, instead of going south. The Rt 40 toll is $10.00 for the sticker now, just had to get a new one last week.
