That is sad cause they say the constable was drunk and there are wittneses to prove that and plus it was a well lighted area and the constable try to blame it on the pizza girl he should just take it like a man and man up to it and they are trying to say that he had dark clothes and no reflector tape... sinc when do we wear reflector tape on or clothes crossing the street in a small town.. never... To me that is just a cover up and you better believe they are going to try to cover it up.. so i know he was drunk cause if he wasn't it would not be a problem it would of been a accident.... so people of rockport come on comon sense tells it all you never try to hide or cover anything unless you are wrong so i think he was wrong and drunk like they say.....

"They"say. Have the courage to use your real name if you make accusations.

YOu KNOW he was drunk? Bring your evidence to the authorities.

Joey you coward - hiding behind your computer making claims without the balls enough to put your name behind it.

I saw him yesterday -he's been to work each day and he totally passed the alcohol blood test.

Scum like you can hide and say anything you want without any responsibiliy.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Cancer

Mercury turning retro is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2010. Lawyers and legal matters, debates, contract negotiations, partnership or other alliances, and joint ventures of any kind need attention. As a Cancerian you don't like endings, but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.
