Aside from the fact that Mr. Ross is putting the cart before the horse, he has neither any real interest in living on Fishers Island or in representing the constituency here. Would he simply declare residency by opening a P.O. Box then sue (again) in court in an effort to "make it stick"? Fellow Democrats living on Long Island should carefully consider whether they would even want to be represented by someone who would use such exploitative tactics simply to gain office.
