Notice: Stolen Dogs in Poplar Bluff

There is a couple that live on Henderson off of 9th Street..

They drive a GRAY Pickup Truck and drive around stealing people's dogs.

So dog owners beware!

We always have ours on a chain, but they still drive by real slow. I followed them home one day and they had a little puppy that I know for a fact wasn't theirs. If your dog is missing, best bet is to check there before you check the dog pound! On their home they have a cardboard up saying "WE SLEEP TOO", I guess the people in the neighborhood is getting tired of their "COLLECTION".

I guess we have all forgotten polio, small pox ect ect ect.

Another idiot that will convice some other idiot not to get a kid a vaccination and kill someone.

we have had a pit bull pup show up at our house yesterday morning she is loving and is white with blackish-brow ears if anyone know someone let me know and i will find a way to contact you

omg my dog went missing right before you posted this.. she was a pure breed german shepard.. why would they be stealing dogs??

My dog came up missing the other day but I thought he just pulled out of his collar. I've been driving around for days looking for him. He is a male Pit mix. Whit w/ brown patches around both eyes and a white streak down his head to his nose. He also has a silver dollar sized brown dot on top of his head. He is a very sweet dog. I live on 10th and Garnder. I was told he was seen near Sanders St. Anyone see him or hear of him please let me know. We rescued him a couple weeks ago and believe he may have been shot. He has a small hole on his lower side near his belly. It was close to healing when we got him. I have pics I will post later. BTW he wasnt @ the pound. That was the first place I went.

My dog came up missing yesterday morning. He was a black pit bull puppy with a white chest and white paws. Someone walked up and stole him right out of my kennel!!

we had a 6 month old pomeranian come up missing SOmeone stole him outta the yard.So if anyone has any info on this there is a reward being offerd.He is a blondeish brown color and is very much missed thanks.Jamie

I drove by there today its a grey pickup truck.There was a yorkie in the front yard.
A bigger white dog in the back chained to a tree.the side pourch has animials on it but u cant c threw the fencing they have on it and the back is fenced in.My suggestion is if u have a dog missing go c if urs is over.Also isnt there a limit on animials u can have in city limits.and its on henderson.913

there is a limit of 6 animals in the city limits. report them to the police station and animal control.

No it is a large gray truck! And the woman use to be the one walking around pushing a baby carrage with the dogs in it. But the ones they take they put in their house.

Also you need to keep an eye out at the Sale Barn, some people most likely get them and take them to Lab to be used as test rats (which piss me off!) Any way there are a bunch of dogs like small (wire terriors ) running around 9th and Adam and I have also seen a small long hair (reddish brown ) chauwawa or pommerian..hell I don't know how to spell it but you get my meaning.. running around almost getting killed. Now I don't know if someone has let all these dogs loose, but you never know. If I can help anyone, I will, cause to me when someone steals a dog... its no different then stealing a child. And I've done experienced it and you don't know how close I came to wanting to beat the crap out of the theif.

Yeah that's the one, and if you watch them or even follow them without being noticed ... you will see what I am talking about. They drive around real slow at people's houses that have dogs. I confronted them one day because they kept coming by here on Adam Street and my dogs hate them and throws fits like I have never seen before! My dogs start throwing a fit before they even see the truck. The guy got out of the truck and came to the ditch where I was standing and I asked why they kept coming around my house because they don't live there. And he said : Well she's crazy about animals. she finally opened her side of the truck door and she let a little puppy down on the ground. My son kept yelling at me to come and get in the car but I was upset because every day they would come around our house REAL SLOW. So I decided to inform the public to watch their ANIMALS due to the FACT that she is crazy about animals. But I will tell you what I think happened at my house. I think she thought my dogs would trust her and she thought she could try to get them to TRUST her and MY DOGS ( I HAVE TWO ) don't trust strangers no matter what. and that is why they throw such a hateful fit when they know that truck is two blocks away.

Well I dont think she is little... are you meaning short?

All I know is she use to push around a baby carriage with I think 2 duch hounds or weenner dogs in the baby stroller and had two large dogs walking one on each side of the stroller.

But now they drive around in a large gray truck almost every morning in different neighborhoods.

I haven't seen them around here in a while, so more then likely they are searching and scoping out other places. but yeah, you can not see through the fence but they have lots of dogs. Early in the morning is when they go roaming.
