Ice Cream

Hardly ever go there and now I know why. Went thru drive through this evening and the girl at the window was not friendly at all. No thank you, have a nice evening, nothing. She handed me our order and shut the window. Come on people, if your going to work somewhere dealing with the public, at least be halfway friendly. It makes the whole business look bad.

To make matters worse, my son found a hair in his ice cream that was NOT his. Yuck!

Are you people blind, that place is always clean and they have very nice people working there. It is people like you that make them hate there job and not want to be nice to other customers.

So which is it, Einstein? Are the DQ employees "very nice," or do they "hate there (sic) job?" Your kind of stupidity is classic: jump right in without first pausing to think. Even a five-year old would not commit a gaffe such as this. My guess is that you are a member of the owner's family trying to save face. Sounds about right.

You may want to ask the next group of little welfare kids that come in for ice cream to help you with your spelling next time.

I have never had a bad experience . All places have trouble with the window though.

It is pretty hit or miss on happy there....

But why don't they put lids on your ice cream and shakes when you use the drive-up window? Not trying to complain, but driving home with shakes and such with no lids isn't fun.

NO, but why should a person have to ask for LIDS for milkshakes, which is a drink and should have one anyway, at the DRIVE-THU?

That's almost like having to request that you get a bun for your hamburger.

The first thing I do when I get a shake is take the lid off. And then what do you do with it? Makes sense to me to just give a lid to the people who want one. Ask. I bet they'll give ya one. But then you'll have to find something else to gritch about.

No dumbass I am not apart of that family but I do go in there alot and the workers are always very polite, and furhter more the owner of DQ is also the owner of American Superstores so I guess you won't be going there to buy anything either.

They never give lids or put anything in a bag unless you ask! Its so frustrating! If you order a burger, they wrap it and bag it, they don't just hand it to you out the window. You shouldn't have to ask for a lid or a bag in the drive thru! That's just the restaurant being cheap and lazy.

Still waiting for you to actually answer the questionthat YOU posed, Einstein. Which is it, nice workers who are always polite to every customer or workers who are rude to the customers because mean guests mDe them that way?

Rely boxed yourself in this time, didn't you, dumbass? I might suggest spending less time shitting out gibberish on topix and more time on developing basic brainpower beyond the junior high school special ed level

I just wish they would add Nestle Crunch to the Blizzard mix-ins like they did when they were located south of town
