Hello Ppl. I thought there were other post about this plant but I didn't find it so maybe this is a new one. This really is good place 4 employment except for a few exceptions. Grant it there are unavoidable wasted wood daily due to scraps, wrong color and/or broken parts ect., but i know by years of watching ppl, that there are a sick amount wasted daily due to laziness, simple mistakes, ppl cutting it up to look busy on slow times,.... many of bad reasons for a great deal of waist. Management needs to recieve advice from workers who cares about whats right and changes needed. Not asking to make any change but just listen for any good ideas. scrap wood should be cut down to the next stock size, at all times or stored away untill it;s needed. Everyone can benefit from saving/salvaging any and all reusable scrap Material. The more that is saved, the more money the company saves, extra working hours for vollenteers who cuts it, and fewer trees cut down for production.

Recently purchased cabinets (Sequoia) and was extremely disappointed in quality. Craftsmanship was poor at best. Unsanded edges. Saw marks left on end grains. Stain that didn't reach into the crevices. This was my second kitchen in 3 years. Did not have any problems the first time I ordered. They did warranty the doors and drawer fronts but replacements weren't much better. Took nearly a month to arrive as well. I ask to speak to a company rep. They told my local cabinet company it would be 2 months before they could come out. Pathetic. I was also told that this was they're cheaper line of cabinets and some defects were allowed to pass through. I don't recall reading that fact in their literature. I would recommend staying away from WW Wood Products. Poor quality all the way around.

"You sound like an idiot" Now tell me how I made my decision of you mental status by reading you post. you read a well thought out post with a great deal of information and automatically decised it was a ex employee who had an ax to grind. and to add a line of yours... Just saying!!!
