We don't go in there anymore because one of the waitresses at the front desk asked my daughter some personal questions that were none of her business and then proceeded to insult her with her flip remarks and rude opinions. It was totally uncalled for.

Angela, you are EXACTLY right. My dad, brother daughter and myself went there about a month ago and all of us about fell and busted our @sses! We even talked about it walking out to the car! Why are they so slippery? We came to the conclusion that there was so much grease on the floor and thats the reason. HA! It seemed logical to us.

ok Im pretty sure if you dont no what your talking about (quest) you should not be on here talking crap trying to run a mans bus. down! I was there that night too! and the Manager (whice did a good job) HAD to call the police AFTER asking the man several time to low his voice, asking him to calm down and paying for their whole meal!... and asking them to leave! The Waiter should not have laughed! you are right! but did the guy really have to be such an ass hole?. come on, you are asked to leave, you got your full meals paid for and you REFUSE to leave? Why?... Why could he have not just left without causeing a big scene? I am a regular customer at coltons and yes they get busy but i have always been takin care of and i have never got bad food! If you dont like it there you dont have to go back and i think the only customers they have lost is you! And they are doing just fine! Still making good money and im sure they will be just fine if not better without ass holes like you going in there looking for something wrong.
The guy didnt want to leave because it is a free country and he wanted to have a meal OUT with his wife. You messed that up so you should have left.

Hey Sweetness...it is because of the peanuts...they contain oil that coats the painted concrete floor. I have almost fell and busted my A$s more than once, too! ;)

I went there just a couple days ago. I got sick as a dog and I wouldn't let my kid go to the bathroom cause they were so bad that no one should have even walked in their. I was very disappointed. that night was 40.00 down the drain!

Really, If you dont like the food, dont eat there. This is not Ben or whatever her name is. People are always complain over stupid stuff.. yes, they may have got your order wrong ONCE!! But, How many orders do they get RIGHT? We are human People we screw up.. Its called life!! sorry it happened to you, but you dont have to make a big deal of it!!! How many times do you get something wrong.. And if i remember correctly every weekend there are people lined up out the door to get some good Colton's food... While you sit on your computer trying to find something to complain about! so of the looks of things. THey are not closing. Why would they close a store that people love coming to... Its always busy at lunch and diner on the weekdays. And on the weekends its an hour wait... So calm down!

It is disgusting for people to complain that they have seen a roach when roaches smell food and move from place to place. Who knows but what someone turns one loose to get a free meal?(or meals) I've heard of it. If a place has a good gathering, then chances are they are a good place to eat. You can't have everything.

It is a crime to keep your kids out of school. I suspect the hostess was just trying to make conversation. Do you have a guilty feeling about keeping your kid out of school? sounds like it.

We went their Monday. Took 15 minutes to get waited on. They said they had a new girl. The lady that waited on it was VERY NICE! But when we got our steaks, overcooked and dry. WOW. We were very polite to the waitress, not her fault. But we will not be back! Where's Herman when you need him to be there!!!!!!!!!!

<quoted text>Why would they call the cops over a disagreement? If someone did that to me, I wouldn't stop until I had ruined their business. I eat there about once a month, but not any more. There are 4 of us, so they can lose that. Sounds like the cop took managements side. What ever happened to the customer being right?
uum they just aren't always right and as far as I'm concerned you four just saved me twenty minutes of waiting time at the door on Friday night!!!!

My kid got the chicken fingers pink on the inside, they refried it-made it greasy and hard as a rock. They comped his meal. I'm sure they are just frozen, the breading is too thick to cook all the way through sometimes, but an experienced cook should know better than to refry fried chicken. We have ate there since, the grilled cheese is not good-too greasy and the edges are tough, fried pickles are the greasiest, tasteless mess, the kids sirloin tips tasted weird-really if they couldn't throw peanuts on the floor I think they would never go back.
They need to make a better effort with the kids menu, and have a "special" every day, their menu is too large for them to be great at everything. Better to have a smaller menu and be more proficient.

Its really disappointing knowing that punk kids and incompetent mangers can run a mans bussiness down. The way the economy is they should be glad they have a job. Come on how hard is it to serve drinks and hot food and be polite. The place reminds me of the show (Waiting).
I agree. Their business will continue to decrease as long as the show off girls with swinging ponytails treat the customers poorly.

As long as the managers are having affairs with each other and then hitting on the young girls. Its not going to get much better.look for sexual harrasment suit before long.
