What are the best neighborhoods to take your kids out in. Usually I just take my kid around the south side but I'd like to go somewhere else in PB this year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

On oak grove road. Very nice neighborhood. That where I take my kids every year. There is also a nice housing development on PP just a little past village express.

The Bluff church hosts a Trunk or Treat at the Black River Coliseum Parking lot. They usually have between 2-3 thousand people come through. It is an awesome event you should check it out. They are doing it Wednesday from 6:30 -8:00 p.m. They not only give out candy but have a small hayride for the kids.

The best place to trick or treat by far is the north side of town. You can find all sorts of people willing to trick if you have the treat. Or, there are all sorts of treats from famous people, such as count dracuweed, frankiencoke, the mummymeth, or the warewhiskey. Just be willing to trick and you will surely get a treat.

The kids usually go out between 5:30 and 6. There are also a lot of 'trunk or treats' throughout town (at various churches) that start around 5:30

The area around O'Neal Elementary is one of the busiest and best places. Always has been. Very safe also.
