I have a Straigh Talk Android and I can tell you even if you find an app that allows passwords there's plenty of ways to watch adult content that gets around any filter. Is it really that bad for your son to watch pornography and masterbate? Every boy does it at some point in time so why tell him it's a big dirty secret to be ashamed of.

Also if he isn't old enough to handle seeing nude people, he probably doesn't need a cell phone with internet access (or a phone at all for that matter).

Sorry but you're really out of luck trying to block porn. Might as well just knock before you barge in his room and let you're growing boy have a little privacy.

go to internet protocol setting and get your ID number then enter in parent control setting and turn to yes for strict filtering

On mine there are settings when you go to the browser. Possibly there. Probably depends on the type of phone and browser he's using.

I'm assuming this is the ST Android which is two different choices. Neither offer in broswer options like that. If it's not a smart phone it will be even more difficult due to lack of apps. Plain and simple you can't block it. Even if you could block all porn sites you could only block those that filtering would catch, there's still plenty to choose from. And aside from that you could watch bikini wrestling or "booty" videos on YouTube all day.

If you don't want your son touching himself while using his phone the only way to stop him is take his phone. Good luck finding a filter for his imagination though.

Trust me it's a pointless endeavour.

With further though I may have a solution. If it is in fact an Adroid phone there is one option. You could root the phone giving you access to all the .apk files and drivers. You could then delete all Flash drivers which would prevent him from watching most any streaming video. The downside is that it also severely hampers the phone from doing many other tasks and completely defeats the point of having the phone in the first place.

Then your still left trying to hide your In Touch Weekly magazines and filter his imagination, which as I said before is pointless.

The most sheltered ones usually become the most unruly....if he wants to see porn hes going to see it whether you like it or not. If you block it on his phone he'll prolly just order it on the tv! Lol you dont sound like a very logical parent "please help"

Since we don't how old this boy is maybe he shouldn't have access to porn. It will screw up how he looks at women if he starts that too young. He can become addicted to it and not know how to have a relationship with a real woman. He will think porn sex is how its suppose to be. Her pleasing him and its all about the sex, noting else in a relationship matters. All he has to do is be there. Watching too much porn and taking care of yourself all the time can also lead to ED, even in young men and Viagra might not help that kind of ED.

I'm in the same situation, are there any free apps that'll block inappropriate content without having to install the app on his phone? Does disabling JavaScript and plugins work?

I sell some porn for kidds videos. Baby goats (kidds) love me and I hide my camera in my trough so they don't know we are filming. Leave message for purchases or any talented pigs or goats, send video! Thanks & Bah-Bah

Porn isnt bad for you, jerking off wont make you go blind. It doesn't lead to a guy mistreating women or cheating. Thats BS thats been spread by christians and over protective mothers. How about actually parenting? Talk to him about sex, let him know what porn is. Talk to him about masturbation. Be an actual parent.

Keep pretending like its something shameful and you'll do much more harm than good. Your son might even resent you for it when he gets older.
