Now who will vote for a person that knowingly violates a federal law? What are your views?

Violates a federal law, employs a woman in the office of Homeland Security that is on trail for murder. I know. Once he is elected for Sheriff he will take the trustee's out and let them do what they want they will eventually come back anyway.

From past articles in the DAR, they are having trouble keeping the "trustee's" in jail anyway, waht did they hve..2 or 3 escapes?? Souinds to me like whoever runs the jail needs some education on how to do the job right!!

Maybe we should have a woman sheriff, at least that way we wouldn't have to worry about whether ot not her dick was kept in her pants.

no one knew they was a problem with any employee filing, under that law no employee can run for office, thats means there may be 5 other people that are running for office this year thats in violation of the hatch act that wasn't the intent of the hatch act law it there to protect federal employees. mark dobbs is the one that turned it in to the commission i bet the other 5 people and there families wont be voting for him. there will be hundreds through out the state that will fall under the same rule.

the voters should decide if they want mark dobbs or rick sliger or charley sisk. they don't need mark dobbs limiting there choices. that is not the american way if mark dobbs wins at the ballot box the people of butler county made a choice.

Well if you want to know the truth, Dobbs is NOT the person that made the offical complaint to the Goverment. The person that did is just a citizen.

Mark knew he couldnt beat Rick. There are also 5 other people who are violating the hatch Act they will all be made to do the same thing Sliger is being made to do. Way to go Mark. get those votes.

No one is limiting anyone's choice. He can still run.
If I were a Butler County commissioner I would be worried. It's obvious the commissioners thought they would bring Heaton's protege' back to town and get their "boy" back in the Sheriff's office.

You need to read the article in the DAR. Ed Strenfel and the rest of the court house new that it was a possibility that Rick was violating a fedral law by running. They have been in contact with a lawyer with the agency that patrols the hatch act from the beginning of fileing. The agency just now ruled on matter.

What they need to be worried about is the 200,000.00 smith is going to get out of the county because of marks dobbs fling the tax payers are going to sore about that.

And she deserves every last cent of that. Mark and his boys can get on here and defend his actions until the cows come home, but the fact remains that as her employer, he was in the wrong, if for no other reason than a moral one.
