It's HIPAA or Health Insurance Portability and Assurance Act. It protects the privacy of patients and sets rules for disclosing protected health information. It doesn't protect the "pervs" as you so eloquently put it that work there unless they are there in the capacity of a patient.

So it doesn't protect the doctor from a flirty secretary whose husband isn't enough for her? Well, well, well...

HIPPA has nothing to do with anything like that.

It protects patient's privacy, not hospital employees.

I can say "Jim Bob Joe Willy was admitted to the hospital", but I can't say, Jim Bob Joe Willy came into the hospital because his methed out old lady cut off his nuts with a rusty knife."

A few docs, maintenance men, and EVS are getting a little somethin-somethin from the staff leg spreaders and resident Deep Throats. Less whoring at PBRMC than at Briggs, porn movies can be so unrealistic in their storylines. Whoring desperate men and the dirty mantraps they use as a public toilet can be found at any business with more than 20 people.
Anyway, most of the nurses are superfat or smell like an ashtray. You can tell a woman is hiring the nurses over there and cares about the nurses ability not the BMI. They may be smart but dang, they got some fugly ones.

I didn't think you could even say names at all. I thought that was a HIPPA violation.

You are right....you can't say their name or even person or persons visiting them. That is in violation of HIPAA.
