While I was waiting in line for Walgreens to open, there were a few people talking about a fight that broke out at walmart this morning; anyone know any truth behind that??

There were some fights at the Dexter Wal-Mart and two people were arrested. Another older lady was elbowed in the face and they are still looking for her attacker. My uncle is a Dexter Police officer and he was telling me about it earlier. I didnt hear about any fights at the PB Walmart.

I personally know that the reason the pallets were opended 7 minutes early was because people were undoing the power wheel jeeps, and the idiots started pushing and knocked them over on everyone. Someone could have seriously gotten hurt.

This is really very rediculous. These people's children must really rule the roost. I mean, what are their kids gonna do if they dont get exactly what they wanted for christmas, kill somebody? Now days I wouldn't be suprised. I was greatful for every little thing I got for christmas, no matter how big or small and I am not that old. I am twenty-four and have a son of my own, he will get one big thing and a few small things and I will teach him to be greatful like my parents taught me. Parent's remember...YOU are the boss, not your children.

There was not an ambulance for a fight at WalMart in Poplar Bluff. The ambulance responded to a very minor traffic accident in the parking lot.

I wish we could all remember the reason for the season. It has gotten way too commercial. What happened to it being about getting together with family and friends and celebrating Jesus' birthday?

Wow...another level-headed person DOES live in this town huh? Kids these days are TOTALLY out of control. The government gets into parents' business way too much nowadays...people are afraid to spank their kids or punish them in any way. I got my ass tore up when I was a kid, and I think I turned out just fine. Sixteen year olds are driving around in brand new cars, driving them drunk and high with no consequences or reprocussions because mommy or daddy is a lawyer or judge and can get them out of it. Then what happens?? They grow up all fucked up and go out and kill someone...and even if it is accidental...I blame the parents. I want my kids to be respectful and kind hearted...and yes they do get spankings. I have the control in my kids' life and they know it. They are happy, loving kids and I am thankful that they are easy to please come Christmas time!! People have forgotten that it is our job to RAISE these kids...show them what you are saposed to do in life...not spoil them so badly that they will never be normal!! My kids get lots of Christmas presents but they are all small with maybe one big thing each...I wrap each thing individually so it looks like they got lots of presents. I cant wait til Christmas this year!!
