I rented the house yesterday but still have another 3 br available. Its completely remodeled and has a 1 car garage. Also in a very nice area. Its like new inside and I need $900 deposit and $350 month.

does any one else think this "cheaper" person is full of it? come on, the rent on the "houses" is too cheap! besides he/she never gives the addresses for people to go look at them.
