This place is a JOKE! They sale cards that have lots of problems, and they act as if there is nothing wrong with them. They let you think all will be okay if you buy from them. If you have any problems bring it back for repair, no problem. No problem my rear end! They are liars and a joke. When we tried going up there to let them know of a problem after we bought a car they threatened to call the law if we didn't get off their property! Does MO have a Lemon Law?

Thank you very much! Will remember that next time. Unfortunately this was a birthday gift, and no one got to drive it until it was given to to me, and it was just over a month. Though it doesn't make up for their lies.
Just hope they don't treat anyone else this way, but I doubt I am the first, and doubt I will be the last...

It's a used car lot. Even some new cars have problems. If you want to shell out a little more money go get a new car. Otherwise shut your cake hole!!0

Do you even understand what it means when they say if you have problems bring it back and it will be fixed at no charge? No, you clearly don't. You probably aren't old enough to drive. Besides it was a gift to me, I didn't buy it myself. Maybe next time read the comment all the way through, because it looks like you didn't read one bit and only jumped in to, I don't know, take up for yourself, or a friend. Yep!

I think if I owned a car lot, I wouldn't come on topix and be rude to a customer. I wouldn't even think about going there for a vehicle after I read the comments from the owner of a car lot. You could have explained your side of the story and not make yourself look like an idiot. Says a lot about what kind of a person you are, and you are definitely not a business man. You are an immature imbecile.

Maybe it wasn't the owner who put the comment on there and if you were a smart educated consumer you wouldn't let yourself get taken advantage of. You can't blame someone else for your problems all the time. You or whoever bought the vehicle could have taken it to get it checked out by someone because most of the time these dealers drive the vehicle from the auction to the lot so they don't know then in's and outs of them. Whoever bought it I'm sure signed something saying they were buying it AS IS so don't run a business Into the ground over your own stupidity.

Actually, no, nothing was signed. Only thing exchanged was title and payment. Nothing stating it was sold as is. Because it was stated verbally and in writing to bring it back free of charge if there was a problem within 30 days, which there was and we did, and he refused. Might look into filing a claim against the shop. Just use caution next time when dealing with this place, folks.

You might try small claims court. You do not have to have a lawyer, you represent yourself and the facts. Something might get done this way. This is a sad way to do business.

I don't believe for one second that a used car dealer gave u a 30 day warranty on a car that you claim is as bad as it is but if they did it wouldn't have been through them it would have been through an outside company and the would be small print. In the first post you said it was a gift to you so maybe you don't know what was signed or the whole story about the situation. This sounds like somebody trying to get revenge on a personal level by running someones name through this website of slander and lies. Moral of the story is that you get what you pay for in life and it obviously wasn't much and it was a FREE gift to you so I would be happy to have a hand out and get on with my life with a lesson learned.

If he is a licensed dealer, it is illegal to sell a used car in the state of Missouri without. The signing of an "as-is" form. He can lose his dealership license for not doing so.

First off I go by Mikey not mike so whoever posted earlier wasnt me and I have all my customers sign a"AS-IS" buyers guide because I sell my vehicles they same way I buy them "AS-IS" and me and this customer was talking and he started yelling and cursing at me and i told him until he needed to stop yelling or I would call the cops if he would talk to me normally we could talk.. I have all as is papers on file I can make copy's for anybody I tell all my customers everything bout my cars to my best judgement and if they want to get them checked out before purchasing I'm ok with that... And yes I am fat and do have a beautiful gf but what's that got to do with my car lot.. I have plenty of repeat customers... I'm sorry for any and all confusion I look forward to any and all future business god bless!!
