When the smoke clears the investors will collect the insurance more than what the return could be of the failure and the people who pay insurance get stuck with the bad risk.

Almost sounds planned.

The concept of bio fuel is not feasible it drives on government and political support. They never made any money from profits of sales. They played a games with money and ran out of gimmicks. The insurance will cover clean up as it was just sold in January again. They had fines for not doing what EPA required and got lots of government money. MS gave 20 cent tax credit while the investors state charged 10 cents tax. This is all a political game and the citizens are the losers.

Know your facts first before you start insinuating. 1. It was not arson. 2. Environmental insurance was all that was held on the property. 3. The former owner, not the current owner, held fines for not complying. 4. There was no government handout with the current owner, it was out of pocket. 5. If you've driven by there, you will see they are rebuilding. 6. It was investigated by state police, FBI, EPA, OSHA, local police, and any other investigation firm under the sky. It was ruled undetermined but the theories are a pipe ruptured. It was nationwide news and there was a lot of false information. No reporter did their homework. Say what you will but this town can profit from this plant being here. Good day.
