Driver pleads to lesser charge in ramming case

Shaun Lee Spencer, formerly of Bonner County, was scheduled to face charges of felony battery and misdemeanor drunken driving during a trial this week.

This is shaun himself.I had sentencing on Mon.March the 2nd.I was sentenced 2 1yr unsupervised probation for what i did.The 1 thing i would like 2 know is will the other man b charged 4 assaulting the woman i was protecting from him.He shoved her 2 the ground and started punching her in the face.I did any means nessacery 2 get him off of her.She went 2 press charges on him 4 assaulting her and the ponderay police denied her of anything now is that justice and do the police think its ok for a man 2 beat a woman up the judge doesnt?
