These kids are both good guys who made bad decisions. Race has no bearing on crime. You might be surprised to know they are both in college. The warrants piled up because most tickets were issued as juveniles. They turned into warrants and juveniles cannot be arrested for traffic warrants. These young men turned 18 and left for college and the warrants caught up with them when they came home for spring break. They are not "monkies." They are bad drivers who should have paid their fines but they are turning their lives around.

<quoted text>It is illegal for police to go to a residence to serve misdemeanor warrants between 10:00 pm and 6:00 a.m. For those of us that work the midnight shift, we have to catch them in traffic stops. Police can go to residences to serve felony warrants any time.
This is really a moot point. That still leaves SIXTEEN hours of the day that they can go to a residence to serve the warrants. 6: a.m to 10: p.m.

Howze jr. is not a criminal or previous convictions he is a college student with honors and had traffic volations due to them (tpd) or county clerks not sending correct information to the news and them being young and not being able to defend themselves things like this effects peoples lives of ever becoming anything or anybody. And if the so called 9 outstanding warrants where so bad they know how to find him he is enrolled in college so petty......

It is clear why warrants are not immediately enforced. I am sure a short search of the total warrants issued in Tulsa county far exceed the number of beds in every jail in Tulsa and surrounding counties.
ROTFLOL!!! Yah !!! They could have been stopped on HWY 59 outa Houston doin 95 like always !!!
