At least they were smart enough not to make a run for it and add on an even bigger layer to their legal problems.

I love how they always have that look of superiority. And itÂ’s as if they are being inconvenienced by being arrested.

These guys should be imprisoned and required to perform Community Service of no less than 10 hours per warrant. Picking up trash in the area in which they reside with shackles when doing so. They should be imprisoned until Community Service is completed.

My question is why aren't they picked up for warrants long before this?

How does someone have 19 or 9 outstanding warrants and still be on the streets? If most tax payers had 1 warrant we would have been arrested within days of the warrant being issued.

It should be a law that the DA can use the arrest photos of each person and pinned them up in the court room so everyone everyone can see their smug mugshots. Maybe this will convince the judge and others to come down hard on them. It would be nice to see someone wipe that right off their face. Just makes you want to throw-up. Very ugggly.

It is clear why warrants are not immediately enforced. I am sure a short search of the total warrants issued in Tulsa county far exceed the number of beds in every jail in Tulsa and surrounding counties.

Depending upon what the warrants are for, at least 10 years - more is serious warrants.

I have heard of a number of times when someone has a warrant for a minor traffic offense not dealt with that a cop will turn someone lose. And they sure aren't going looking for someone for a warrant or two for minor issues.

But don't you think a total of 28 is just a tad over the top?

One works at not being prejudiced. At the same time the disproportionate number of crimes commited by blacks vs. the percentage of population is demoralizing. Economic opportunity, education, environment all contributing factors. Racial profiling -- I don't think so. The behavior of many of these "gang bangers" do not make such necessary. With all those warrants out -- common sense would normally dictate being absolutely punctillious at the appearance of a police car. The roughest five years of their lives must of been the fourth grade. I often wonder how all the hard working black families feel about the situation. They must have an equal sense of despair as the overall community has of outrage.
